Call for Cyclist Safety Education in Today’s Michiana Point of View

Holley Ambrose wrote a Michiana Point of View in the July 3rd South Bend Tribune calling for more cyclist safety education. Here’s a link to the article (which will only be freely available for a week or so): southbendtribune.com.

The first two paragraphs are a bit too car-centric and patronizing for my tastes, but overall I agree with the main conclusion: more bicycle safety education is needed. That said, I think the need for education goes both ways…
