South Bend mayor Steve Luecke named city planner Chris Dressel as the city’s Bicycle Coordinator during his annual State of the City Address last night at the Century Center. This is a particularly important step for South Bend to become a Bicycle Friendly Community and will facilitate easier communication between the city and community bicycle groups.
