While maintaining a Complete Streets Philosophy, the City continues to proceed with formalization of its philosophy in the form of Complete Streets ordinance request to be presented to the South Bend Common Council for their adoption. The City plans to soon expand discussions to include a working group who will advise the ordinance development process.
