South Bend Bike Friendly City Silver Status Renewed

The League of American Bicyclists has renewed South Bend's silver status, meeting the new standards set by the League in 2022. Among Indiana cities only one—Bloomington, which is rated gold—is ranked higher and only one other, Carmel, is ranked silver. Twelve other Indiana communities have achieved bronze status. South Bend continues to make great strides in making cycling safer and encouraging people to cycle. BMC will continue working to help the city achieve gold status.
